Aging Process: Loss of Vision – Think Audio Books

Among the various declines that often occur in the aging process is diminished vision. To the rescue comes the audio book. I'm an unquenchible reader still having good fortune of enjoying good vision with the aid of reading glasses. But if I didn't, I'd certainly become aqusitive of audio books. Importance of Skin Cancer Prevention in the Aging Process

Skin cancer prevention is consistently urged by dermatologists all over the United States and throughout the world. This is no surprise given that the Cancer Research and Prevention Foundation reported more than one million Americans were diagnosed with some form of skin cancer in 2005.

Despite the medical evidence available on skin cancer, our society remains focused on tanning beds and sunbathing without using the proper protection. Those of us moving further along in the aging process are more susceptable to being diagnosed with skin cancer. Continue Reading »

Aging Process: Some Surprisingly Radical Anti-Aging Tips

More and more, Baby Boomers are growing concerned with the inevitable changes brought on by the aging process. An anti-aging agenda targeting boomers has become a darling of the media, and the internet is full of pitches touting remedies for aging skin and a variety of dietary supplements said to mitigate the outward signs of growing older. Scientific anti-aging research has become big business.

Aside from the burgeoning number of anti-aging products, there are other approaches that a growing number of baby boomers are adopting, including some that are discussed in the article that follows.
