Getting an Eye Exam Regularly

In a recent physical, my doctor spotted some early signs of cataracts which reminds me that I should schedule an eye exam. I'm not experiencing any symptoms at all, so, like most of us, my attitude has been that if it doesn't seem broken, don't fix it.
