Healthy Caregiving for You

Most caregivers choose to take care of a friend or family member for free. It's a kind gesture done for someone they love. This doesn't make the job any less stressful though. Caregiving-helping someone who is elderly or ill take care of them self on a day-to-day basis-can be emotionally taxing for the caregiver.
